Extra speakers for breakout areas available.

Can you follow a strict program timeline?
Yes. Share the run-of-show and we hit cues for speakers, awards, and transitions — then open the floor when you are ready.
Will the music stay appropriate for clients and leadership?
We build a brand-safe list with you. Explicit tracks stay out unless you explicitly want a later after-party vibe.
What is Cloud FX?
Dry ice on the floor for a product intro, award walk, or CEO moment — a low cloud for the photo, not fog filling the room.
How do we hold a date for a holiday party?
We require a retainer to hold the date (not a deposit). Remaining balance is due at our final meeting for the event, when we go over your music and timeline.
